Why The Reserve exists

A better closing gift needed a better system.

A closing gift should feel personal to the people receiving it—not like a promotional item pulled from a catalog. But finding, ordering and coordinating a meaningful gift at every closing creates one more task when a Realtor is already busiest.

The Reserve was created to solve both sides of that problem. Your boards are prepared as inventory for your business. When a closing approaches, you send the family name and timing. We complete the personalization, final preparation and presentation-ready packaging.

The family receives a substantial handcrafted gift centered on them. Your professional identity remains discreetly engraved on the reverse, preserving the relationship without turning their gift into an advertisement.

The people behind your Reserve

Two people. One accountable relationship.

You are never passed between departments or left wondering who is handling a closing. Ken is responsible for the board. April is responsible for helping your Reserve work smoothly.

Craftsman & Owner

Ken Horan

Ken builds each Bedminster Board from raw hardwood, creating the layout, preparing and assembling the woods, sanding and finishing the board, and completing the engravings and final inspection. Each board is intentionally one of a kind; natural grain and color are part of the gift rather than variations to hide.

The result is a substantial 1½-inch-thick hardwood board made to be used, displayed and kept in the family’s home for years.

The craftsmanship

Built from hardwood—not selected from a catalog.

Cherry and hard maple form the foundation, with carefully selected accent woods adding color and movement. Because the boards are built in small groups from natural material, no two patterns or grain combinations are exactly alike.

  • Approximately 11¼ × 17¼ inches
  • A substantial 1½-inch finished thickness
  • Food-safe mineral oil and board-wax finish
  • Family personalization on the front
  • Realtor identity engraved discreetly on the reverse

The service

Prepared as carefully as the board itself.

The finished board is inspected, wrapped in custom tissue, tied with twine and placed in a black Bedminster Boards presentation box with care instructions. The complete presentation is designed to arrive ready to give—without office storage, last-minute shopping or assembling gift packaging yourself.

  • No subscription and no automatic replenishment
  • No stack of finished gifts stored in your office
  • Closing details are provided only when needed
  • Local delivery or shipping coordination when required

Why being small matters

Your reputation is part of every board we deliver.

The Reserve is deliberately personal. Keeping the work close allows us to protect the craftsmanship, the presentation and the details that represent your business.

Direct accountability

The people you speak with are the same people responsible for creating and coordinating the gift. Questions and changes do not disappear into a larger system.

Consistent presentation

Your established Realtor branding remains on file so each future gift carries a familiar, professional identity while the family personalization changes with every closing.

Local understanding

Bedminster Boards serves Realtors in Bucks County and the surrounding area, where local coordination and a dependable relationship matter as much as the product itself.
