Why The Reserve exists
A closing gift should feel personal to the people receiving it—not like a promotional item pulled from a catalog. But finding, ordering and coordinating a meaningful gift at every closing creates one more task when a Realtor is already busiest.
The Reserve was created to solve both sides of that problem. Your boards are prepared as inventory for your business. When a closing approaches, you send the family name and timing. We complete the personalization, final preparation and presentation-ready packaging.
The family receives a substantial handcrafted gift centered on them. Your professional identity remains discreetly engraved on the reverse, preserving the relationship without turning their gift into an advertisement.
The people behind your Reserve
You are never passed between departments or left wondering who is handling a closing. Ken is responsible for the board. April is responsible for helping your Reserve work smoothly.
Craftsman & Owner
Ken builds each Bedminster Board from raw hardwood, creating the layout, preparing and assembling the woods, sanding and finishing the board, and completing the engravings and final inspection. Each board is intentionally one of a kind; natural grain and color are part of the gift rather than variations to hide.
The result is a substantial 1½-inch-thick hardwood board made to be used, displayed and kept in the family’s home for years.
Co-Owner & Reserve Coordinator
April is the direct point of contact for The Reserve. She answers questions, helps a Realtor begin, keeps established branding information organized and coordinates the family name, timing, delivery or shipping details for each closing.
When a closing moves or something changes, you contact April directly. There is no service ticket and no call center—just a real person who understands your Reserve.

The craftsmanship
Cherry and hard maple form the foundation, with carefully selected accent woods adding color and movement. Because the boards are built in small groups from natural material, no two patterns or grain combinations are exactly alike.
The service
The finished board is inspected, wrapped in custom tissue, tied with twine and placed in a black Bedminster Boards presentation box with care instructions. The complete presentation is designed to arrive ready to give—without office storage, last-minute shopping or assembling gift packaging yourself.

The Reserve is deliberately personal. Keeping the work close allows us to protect the craftsmanship, the presentation and the details that represent your business.
