Bedminster Boards

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bedminster Boards collects through this website and online store, why we use it, when it may be shared and the choices available to you.

Effective August 1, 2026

Privacy in plain language

We collect the information needed to answer inquiries, establish and manage a Realtor’s Reserve, personalize boards, fulfill orders and process payments. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer information for third-party behavioral advertising.

01

Who we are

Bedminster Boards is a small business based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In this policy, “Bedminster Boards,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Bedminster Boards and the owners who operate the business.

This policy applies to information collected through our website and online store, including the Starter Reserve, established-client replenishment orders and related customer service.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Your name, business name, telephone number, email address and other contact information.
  • Billing and shipping addresses and the details needed to fulfill or deliver an order.
  • Order information, quantities, transaction status and customer-service history.
  • Realtor branding information, including a logo, name, website, telephone number or other identity requested for reverse engraving.
  • Homeowner family names, personalization wording and closing information supplied for an individual gift.
  • Account information if you choose to create a customer account.
  • Information you choose to provide by telephone, text message, email or another direct communication.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers by telephone, text or email. Card information should be entered only through the secure online checkout provided by our payment processor.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, WordPress, WooCommerce, our hosting provider and related security or payment services may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps and cookie identifiers.

03

How we use information

We use information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

  • Respond to questions and communicate with prospective and established clients.
  • Create, personalize, schedule, package, deliver and support Bedminster Boards orders.
  • Establish and maintain Realtor branding for future Reserve gifts.
  • Process payments, issue refunds when applicable and help prevent fraud.
  • Maintain customer accounts, order histories and business records.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and online store.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Protect the rights, property and safety of Bedminster Boards, our customers and others.

We do not use a homeowner’s family name for unrelated marketing. Personalization information is used to create and fulfill the requested gift and maintain the related order record.

04

Payments

Online payments are processed through WooPayments, which is built in partnership with Stripe. To process and support a transaction, information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, purchase total, order details, IP address and a payment identifier may be provided to the payment processor and its partners.

Bedminster Boards does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. The payment provider may provide us with limited transaction information, such as payment status, card brand, expiration information or the final digits of a card, as needed to manage the order.

If you choose an express payment method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, that provider’s privacy practices also apply to its handling of your information.

05

Cookies and technical data

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. WordPress and WooCommerce may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site, remember cart contents, maintain a session, support account login, complete checkout, protect the store and remember selected preferences.

Payment services may also use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention and transaction security. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, account or checkout from working correctly.

The site currently does not use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising. If we later add advertising, expanded analytics or other nonessential tracking, this policy and any related cookie choices will be updated as appropriate.

06

When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

  • Hosting and website providers that store, secure or operate the website and online store.
  • Payment providers that process transactions, manage payouts and help prevent fraud.
  • Delivery and shipping providers when information is needed to deliver an order.
  • Professional advisers and service providers such as accountants, tax professionals, technical support or legal advisers when their work requires access.
  • Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law, legal process, fraud prevention or protection of legal rights and safety.
  • A successor business if Bedminster Boards is involved in a merger, sale, reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.

Service providers are expected to use information only to provide their services or meet their own legal obligations.

07

How long information is kept

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, dispute-resolution and legal requirements.

  • Completed order and transaction records may be retained for the period needed to document business income and expenses and respond to customer or legal questions.
  • Realtor branding information may be retained while the Realtor remains an active or potential Reserve client so future orders can be produced consistently.
  • Homeowner personalization information remains associated with the related order unless it is no longer needed or an appropriate deletion request is completed.
  • Pending, failed, cancelled or abandoned order information may be retained for a shorter period according to store settings, fraud-prevention needs and legal obligations.

Some information may be retained longer when required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with law or preserve records that cannot reasonably be removed from secure backups immediately.

08

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information we maintain about you. You may contact us to ask to:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you.
  • Receive a copy of certain personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete information that we are not required or permitted to retain.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also retain information when necessary to complete an order, maintain tax or transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or meet other legal obligations. If personalization information concerns a homeowner who did not place the order, we may need sufficient details to locate and verify the related record.

09

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures intended to protect personal information. These include using established hosting and payment providers, limiting access to information and using secure checkout technology.

No website, storage system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting any customer-account password and for contacting us if you believe an account or transaction has been used without authorization.

10

Children

This website and The Reserve are intended for business clients and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, services, payment options or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or directly when appropriate.
